Oyster Board & Knife Sale

A gift for the oyster lover and there are MANY lovers of this gift from the waters…… Along with aiding in opening the bi-valves you can display the oysters around the dished plate while entertaining.

PEI is home to the world famous Malpeque Bay Oysters and many other wonderful waters where the oysters are harvested. These are great to open and serve, saving your hands from injury. The oyster fits in the mouth of the board, while you shuck the oyster with the knife.
They have a hanger on back so you can display the board and knife when not in use.

The knives are stainless steel with the wood handles or scales handmade by me with wood that matches your board.

Beautiful Birdseye or Tiger Maple..food safe oil-beeswax finish….. hand wash – wipe dry. Small clear rubber feet to keep the board from slipping in use or scratching surfaces.

NOTE: The Oyster boards shown are examples of my boards. Yours will be crafted from the same species of beautiful wood, being a one woman show I cannot take a photo of every one I make. Each and every board is an original, turned and finished by hand, one at a time, by me. The board and knife you will receive will be just as lovely as the ones pictured here, I source only the best of lovely wood from certified sustainable sources for my work.
